Can I send you a digital file?
Yes. We recommend sending your photo in either Tiff or Jpeg format saved at a minimum of 150 DPI. Please ensure the file is no larger than 1 megabyte in size. Email the file to: proud@wi.rr.com .

Will my photo be returned?
Yes, all photos are returned along with your order.

Do you design custom announcements?
Yes we do. We can design a custom announcement for an additional set-up fee of $15.00.

Do you have a catalog?
We have discontinued production of our catalog given the popularity of our web site.

Do you accept credit cards?
Our preferred method of payment is check or money order, however we can accept payment through www.paypal.com

Can I receive my envelopes early?
Yes! We simply require a $5.00 deposit which will be credited towards your final order.

How long will it take to get my announcements?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours via 2-3 day U.S. Postal Priority Mail.

I loved my announcements. How can I order additional copies?
Simply give us a call and we can print additional copies as we will keep your photo on file for a period of 90 days.

Can I receive a sample announcement before placing an order?
